At Brother's Keeper Car Wash & Pet Care, every service is designed around clarity, consistency, and care. Below you'll find a full breakdown of how each service works — from booking to completion — so you always know exactly what to expect.
Car Wash — How It Works
Step 1 — Booking
Book your appointment online through our store. Select your preferred service tier and time slot, and you'll receive an automatic confirmation via both email and SMS. No guesswork, no back-and-forth.
Step 2 — Key Handoff
At your scheduled appointment time, meet Marques at the designated wash spot to hand over your keys. This is the standard check-in process for every appointment.
If you're unable to come down at your appointment time, keys may be dropped off at the unit beforehand — but this must be arranged in advance via our chat inbox or our business email. Unannounced early drop-offs cannot be accommodated.
Step 3 — The Service
Your vehicle is washed on-site at our designated outdoor wash area. Once keys are handed off, you're free to head back upstairs — no need to wait around. Estimated service times are as follows:
- Standard Wash: approximately 35–45 minutes
- Detail Services: approximately 45 minutes
Step 4 — Completion & Key Return
The moment your service is complete, you'll receive an automatic SMS notification. Come down to inspect your vehicle and collect your keys. Payment is collected in person at key return — we accept cash, card, and Apple Pay.
Keys are never left unattended. They are always returned directly, hand to hand.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and not blocked in at your appointment time.
- A brief walk-around inspection is conducted with the customer present before every wash. This allows us to note any pre-existing scratches, dents, or paint imperfections together — protecting both parties before service begins.
- Brother's Keeper Car Wash & Pet Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage identified prior to service.
- All services are performed outdoors. Appointments may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions. You will be notified as early as possible if this applies to your booking.
Dog Walking — How It Works
Step 1 — Booking
Book and pay for your dog walking session online through our store. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You'll receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS.
At booking, please provide your dog's name and any relevant behavioral notes in the order notes field if necessary. This helps us prepare for a safe and smooth experience from the start.
Step 2 — Dog Pickup
At your scheduled appointment time, Marques will come directly to your unit to collect your dog. Please note the following:
- You must be home at pickup time, or make prior arrangements for access.
- Your dog must be leashed and ready at the door at the scheduled time.
- For privacy and professionalism, Marques will not enter your unit — all handoffs take place at the door.
Step 3 — The Walk
Each session is a 15-minute walk in the surrounding area of the building. Your dog will enjoy a bathroom break, fresh air, sunlight, and light exercise. Dogs are kept on leash at all times for their safety and the safety of others.
If any behavioral concerns arise during the walk, you will be contacted immediately.
Step 4 — Dog Return
Your dog will be returned directly to your unit at the end of the walk. You'll receive an automatic SMS when Marques is on the way back up.
You must be home to receive your dog. If you are not available at the time of return, a $5 late fee applies per 10 minutes of waiting. This policy exists to ensure your dog is never left unsecured in a common area — your pet's safety is always the priority.
Important Notes
- Your dog must be up to date on vaccinations. By completing your booking, you confirm this requirement is met.
- Brother's Keeper reserves the right to cancel a booking if a dog displays aggressive or uncontrollable behavior that poses a safety risk. Customer safety, dog safety, and community safety are non-negotiable.
- Service is currently available to residents of the immediate building and surrounding neighborhood only.
