How Our Car Wash Drop-Off Works
At Brother's Keeper, we've built a simple, stress-free process so you always know exactly what to expect — from the moment you book to the moment you drive away clean. Here's everything you need to know before your appointment.
Step 1 — Book Your Appointment Online
Head to our Hand Car Wash service page, select your service tier and preferred time slot, and complete your booking. You'll receive an automatic confirmation via both email and SMS with your appointment details.
Step 2 — Meet Us at the Wash Spot
At your scheduled appointment time, bring your vehicle to the designated Brother's Keeper wash spot and meet our team there to hand over your keys. This is the standard check-in for every appointment — no need to arrive early, just be on time.
If you're unable to come down at your appointment time, keys may be dropped off at the unit beforehand — but this must be arranged in advance via Shopify Inbox or our business email. Unannounced early drop-offs cannot be accommodated.
Keys are required. They allow us to safely position your vehicle at the wash area and return it to the designated spot when your service is complete.
Step 3 — Pre-Wash Walk-Around Inspection
Before any work begins, a member of our team will conduct a brief walk-around inspection of your vehicle with you present. Any pre-existing scratches, dents, or paint imperfections will be noted out loud together before the wash starts.
This step protects both you and us — it ensures complete transparency and means there's never any question about the condition of your vehicle before service begins. Brother's Keeper is not responsible for pre-existing damage identified during this inspection.
Step 4 — We Get to Work
Once keys are handed off and the inspection is complete, you're free to head back upstairs — no need to wait around. Every vehicle receives a thorough hands-on treatment: exterior hand wash, wheel & tire cleaning, window wipe-down, and a spot-free dry finish. No machines. No shortcuts.

- Standard Wash: approximately 35–45 minutes
- Detail Services: slightly longer depending on scope
Step 5 — We Text You When It's Ready
The moment your vehicle is complete, you'll receive an automatic SMS notification. No need to check in — we'll come to you.
Step 6 — Come Down, Inspect & Pay
Return to the wash spot to collect your keys and inspect your vehicle. Payment is collected in person at key return. We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay.
Keys are never left unattended. They are always returned directly, hand to hand.

All services are performed outdoors. In the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, your appointment may be rescheduled. You will be notified as early as possible if this applies to your booking.
