At Brother's Keeper, we've built a simple, stress-free system so you always know exactly what to do — no confusion, no waiting around. Here's everything you need to know before your appointment.
⏰ Please Arrive 10–15 Minutes Early — With Your Car
We ask that all clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time — with their vehicle ready to pull in. For New Rochelle clients, please meet us right in front off the building 117 Guion Place for car drop-off.
Those extra minutes let us get you checked in, start early, and most importantly — connect with you. Brother's Keeper is a community, and we want to know our clients, not just their cars.
Step 1 — Book Your Appointment Online
Head to our Hand Car Wash service page and select your vehicle size and preferred time slot. You'll receive a confirmation with your appointment details. That's all you need to show up ready.
Step 2 — Arrive & Hand Over Your Keys
At your booked time, drive directly to the Brother's Keeper wash spot — look for our marked sign at the location. Pull in and hand your keys to a team member. We'll take it from there.
Keys are required. Like all professional car wash facilities, we may need to move your vehicle to our wash bays, or place it in a designated pickup area when your service is complete.
Step 3 — We Get to Work
Our team gets started immediately. Every vehicle gets a full hands-on treatment — exterior hand wash, wheel & tire cleaning, window wipe-down, and a spot-free dry finish. No machines. No shortcuts.
Step 4 — We Text You When It's Ready
The moment your car is done, you'll receive a text from us. You don't need to hover or wait nearby — go handle your day. We'll reach out when it's time to come back.
Step 5 — Come Back & Drive Off
Return to the wash spot, pick up your keys, hop in, and go. Your car is clean, dry, and ready. Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or in person by cash or card when you pick up.
