How Our Dog Walking Works
At Brother's Keeper, your dog gets the same premium, attentive care as every vehicle we wash. We've built a simple, stress-free process so you always know exactly what to expect — from the moment you book to the moment your pup is back home. Here's everything you need to know before your first walk.
Step 1 — Book Your Appointment Online
Book and pay for your dog walking session online through our store. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You'll receive an automatic confirmation via both email and SMS with your appointment details.
At booking, please include your dog's name and any relevant behavioral notes in the order notes field. This helps us prepare for a safe and smooth experience from the start.
Step 2 — We Come to Your Door
At your scheduled appointment time, Marqués will come directly to your unit to collect your dog. Please note:
- You must be home at pickup time, or make prior arrangements for access.
- Your dog must be leashed and ready at the door at the scheduled time.
- For privacy and professionalism, Marqués will not enter your unit — all handoffs take place at the door.
Step 3 — The Walk
Each session is a 15-minute walk in the surrounding area of the building. Your dog will enjoy a bathroom break, fresh air, sunlight, and light exercise — everything they need to feel their best. Dogs are kept on leash at all times for their safety and the safety of others.
If any behavioral concerns arise during the walk, you will be contacted immediately.
Step 4 — Your Pup Comes Home
Your dog will be returned directly to your unit at the end of the walk. You'll receive an automatic SMS when Marqués is on the way back up.
You must be home to receive your dog. If you are not available at the time of return, a $5 late fee applies per 10 minutes of waiting. This policy exists to ensure your dog is never left unsecured in a common area — your pet's safety is always the priority.
Step 5 — Post-Walk Check-In
Once your dog is back home, Marqués will give you a brief post-walk report — how they did, their energy level, and anything notable from the walk. You'll always know how your pup's walk went.

Important Notes
- Brother's Keeper reserves the right to cancel a booking if a dog displays aggressive or uncontrollable behavior that poses a safety risk. Customer safety, dog safety, and community safety are non-negotiable.
- All services are performed outdoors. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we'll reach out to reschedule. Your dog's safety always comes first.

What breeds and sizes do you walk?
All breeds and sizes are welcome. Just include any special needs or behavioral notes in the order notes field at booking.
Do you walk multiple dogs at once?
Yes! We walk multiple dogs from the same household together. Pricing is simple and scales per dog:
1 dog — $15 | 2 dogs — $25 | 3 dogs — $35 | 4 dogs — $45
Each additional dog adds $10. Please note that the more dogs, the longer the walk will take — we make sure every dog gets a thorough, enjoyable experience and no pup gets shortchanged. Just let us know how many dogs you have at booking so we can plan accordingly.
What if my dog is reactive or nervous around other dogs?
That's completely understandable — it's a very common and natural behavior for dogs. Just let us know at booking via the order notes field. We'll plan the route and our approach accordingly so your pup feels as comfortable and safe as possible throughout the walk.
What if I'm not home when my dog is returned?
A $5 late fee applies per 10 minutes of waiting. Your dog will never be left unsecured — please make sure you're home at the scheduled return time.
Will I get an update after the walk?
Yes — Marqués will give you a brief post-walk report when your dog is returned. You'll always know how the walk went.
How do I pay?
